1920 World Series Press Pin (Brooklyn Robins). Ancient relic dates from an age when the Dodgers were named after Hall of Fame manager Wilbert Robinson and it took five victories to win a World Series. This diminutive little pin is one of the few that survives to this day, well over eight decades after its Ebbets Field service. Some pitting and light oxidation to the face must be forgiven in light of the tremendous scarcity, as does the absence of the original nut on the verso's threaded post (replacement "Dieges & Clust" nut is offered in its place). An attractive specimen nonetheless, from the first Series after the Black Sox scandal.

Shipping: Miscellaneous Collectibles, Smal (view shipping information)
