One of a very few Cincinnati Reds employee passes from the infamous 1919 White Sox/Reds World Series ''Black Sox Scandal,'' where eight members of the Chicago White Sox franchise conspired to throw the World Series. The pass, numbered 132, reads, ''The Cincinnati Base Ball Club Company Employees' Pass / World Series 1919'' and is signed by the employee, Joe Dirr. 4'' x 2.25'' ticket has a small portion missing on lower left and a significant amount of creasing and wear. Overall in good condition, being entirely readable and intact.
