<B>1919-S 5C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> This near-Gem displays a better-than-average-strike for a date that David Lange (2006) says "... is notorious for being weakly struck, particularly on the reverse. Problem areas include the border, denomination, mintmark and the bison's head with its all-important horn." Except for softness on portions of the bison's hair, the aforementioned elements are nicely defined, including the horn.
