<B>1919-S 5C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> A dove-gray and tan-gold near-Gem with full luster and an absence of detrimental contact. A good strike save for the tops of UNITED STATES and the curl of the tail. The mintmark is well outlined but in low relief.
