<B>1919-S 5C MS64 NGC.</B></I> From a technical standpoint there is little to keep this coin in the MS64 grade. However, when one factors in the slight softness of highpoint details on each side it really cannot be graded any higher. That being said, the 1919-S is one of the great strike rarities in the series and one would not expect to locate a sharply struck coin, which is why so few Gems have been certified of this issue.
