1919-S 50C MS64 NGC. Population data has proven the 1919-S half dollar to be on equal ground with the better publicized 1921-S as the stingiest in Mint State availability among Walking Liberty issues. Ironically, both the '19-S and '21-S have the highest mintage of the PDS lineup from their years of issue. This lightly toned specimen is quite bold for a '19-S featuring a nearly full head and some visible thumb detail. The fields are satiny overall, but a couple of mentionable marks are noted in the right obverse field. An attractive, borderline Gem specimen of this important early S-mint half dollar from the popular and beautiful Walking Liberty series. Census: 30 in 64, 26 finer (11/06).

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
