PAYMENT:
We accept bank wire transfers, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal (PayPal may not be used for firearm purchases). For items won, you will be emailed an invoice within 5 days following the auction. If paying by money order or cashier’s check, items will be held until payment clears bank. If payment is not received within 10 days from the date the invoice was sent, we reserve the right to void the sale. Should any problems arise with your payment (i.e. lost mail etc.) you must contact us before the 10 days expire or we will re-list the item.

Any listing of an item defined as a firearm under federal law will be sold in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws pertaining to said sale. Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. FFL info can be sent via email to cedarpostpawnshop@yahoo.com, as a hard copy with your payment, or faxed to 435-586-1108. We DO NOT ship to C&R license holders, NO EXCEPTIONS. We WILL NOT modify any firearm to comply with state assault weapons bans, and WILL NOT ship any item to any state or locality where we have reason to believe said item is not legal. It is the BUYER’S responsibility to know the local laws pertaining to firearms in their area. ANY FIREARMS RETURNED TO US FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE and return shipping will be paid for by BUYER.
