Quarter Dollars 1919-d PCGS graded Mint State 64. <b>Full mint luster. Superb satin-like surfaces are virtually flawless. This coin is very premium quality for a "64," and sports a 90% full head, as well. Only the three olive leaves in Miss Liberty's hair lack full definition. It is among the more elusive Standing Liberty quarter issues to locate at this grade level, or higher.
