<B>1919-D 25C MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Few examples of this date are seen with full head details and a sharp strike elsewhere. One pundit estimates Full Head examples constitute less than 1% of the surviving population. The present piece offers considerably better definition than usually encountered, with most of the shield rivets in place and considerable detail on Liberty's head, while falling short of the requirements for a Full Head designation. Brilliant luster radiates from both sides of this Gem, with mostly untoned surfaces accented in gold and ice-blue. Encapsulated in a first-generation small PCGS holder.
