<B>1919 5C Buffalo Nickel--Struck 10% Off Center--MS65 NGC.</B></I> Noticeably off center toward 6:30. Most of the date is present, enough to confirm it as a 1919. The strike is razor-sharp on the devices, since no collar die was present to prevent narrowing of the coinage chamber.
