<B>1919 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS.</B></I> A gently toned and pleasing Premium Gem of this early issue. Blazing luster illuminates the carefully preserved fields and devices. The strike is unusually sharp on the shield rivets and Liberty's waist, which have essentially complete detail. The die alignment works in favor of the head, which is well defined, while the base of the date and the tops of UNITED STATES are slightly incomplete.
