<B>1919 1C Lincoln Cent--Broadstrike--MS64 Red ANACS.</B></I> While the ANACS holder lists the piece as "off-center" and approximately 10% of the planchet's surfaces are unstruck, close examination reveals that none of the design elements are missing, and so this piece is properly classified as a broadstrike.
