<B>1918-S 1C MS64 Red PCGS.</B></I> David Lange (2005) says of the 1918-S cent: " ... the typical pieces (are) brown or red/brown with poorly rendered details. Any fully red coin is a rarity ... " This near-Gem Red specimen exhibits copper-gold luster, and is somewhat better struck than typically seen, though minor softness is visible in some of the lines of the right-most stalk. A few minor flecks are scattered over reach side.
