<B>1918-D 50C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> By 1918, the novelty value of the Walking Liberty design had vanished, and the vast majority of this issue endured heavy circulation. Mint State examples, especially Choice or better pieces, are highly elusive. This satiny and luminous piece has gold-gray and pearl-gray centers with areas of deeper russet at the periphery.
