<B>1918-D 50C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> Brilliant and lustrous, with a bold strike that only leaves Liberty's skirt lines somewhat weakly defined. According to Anthony Swiatek: "<I>All</B></I> skirt lines immediately over Liberty's foot must show and must <I>NOT</B></I> be gone in the center around the knee area <I>or</B></I> at the top. NOTE: These skirt lines are fairly strong on many 1916 issues, weaker on the 1917 issues and very weak on the 1918 issues."
