<B>1918 25C MS66 Full Head PCGS. CAC.</B></I> A powerful strike transcends the Full Head to exert itself on all of the design elements. This includes sharp definition on the date, the top half of which is often soft on this issue according to J.H. Cline (2007), the inner shield and the rivets, and the eagle's plumage. Intensely lustrous surfaces reveal wisps of light tan-gray color gravitating to the margins. A couple of small obverse marks do not overly detract.
