Rare paper badge printed by the Gaelic Press, Dublin in the form of a shamrock,"Vote for McGuinness, the man in jail for Ireland". Joseph McGuinness was the Sinn Féin candidate for the South Longford by-election of 1917, he was imprisoned in Lewes Jail during the election but was successful in winning a seat
