<B>1917-S<50C> Reverse MS64 PCGS.</B></I> Although not generally perceived as such, the 1917-S Reverse Mintmark is almost equally as elusive in the higher Mint State echelons as the 1917-S Obverse issue. This specimen offers frosty surfaces with good luster, and a pinch of chestnut patina. A few light clash marks are noted in the obverse on the flag, from the eagle's wing feathers on the reverse. The strike is somewhat soft through the centers, but there are no singular abrasions. PCGS has graded 41 pieces finer (9/06).
