<B>1917-S 25C Type Two MS67 NGC.</B></I> The strike is strong, the mint luster is thick and frosted, and there are no reportable abrasions on either side. But then, that is what one would expect from an MS67. What is unexpected is the toning. Fabulous. The obverse has numerous small specks of mostly rose and blue with deeper golden-brown around the margin. The reverse shows irregular swipes of rose-golden with the same rich blue around much of the periphery. Obviously not fully struck, but sharply struck and close to Full Head status.
