<B>1917-S 25C Type Two MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Approximately 70% of the head details are visible on this nicely detailed specimen. The surfaces are brilliant and lustrous with exceptional mint frost that is enhanced by partial peripheral rainbow toning on each side.
