<B>1917-S 25C Type One MS65 Full Head PCGS.</B></I> The three Type One issues of 1917 are each available with Full Head details, although only the Philadelphia Mint issue can be found with any frequency. The two branch mint coins are much scarcer with sharp strikes. This example is one such coin with all design elements on each side fully impressed.
