<B>1917-P:</B></I> At first glance, this piece looks like one done by "Bo," but upon closer inspection, this cataloger (BF) believes it is a modern carving, possibly by Dorusa, although it is not signed (as were many of his earlier pieces). The mouth and nose styles are typical Bo, but a mechanical instrument was used for the hat and collar, something not utilized by Bo. The hair was done by cross-cuts and the ear is well-formed.
