<B>1917-D 5C MS65 PCGS.</B></I> This early branch mint Gem has pleasing luster, and is lightly toned in almond-gold shades. Generally well struck, with slight softness on the bison's hair and on the outer curve of its tail. An interesting retained lamination (as produced) is noted on the bison's flank.
