1917-D 50C Obverse MS64 PCGS. A low-mintage issue, one of just 765,400 coins of the variety that were struck in Denver. PCGS has only graded 63 finer examples of this issue (1/08), illustrating its importance in the field of early Walking Liberty half dollars. The surfaces have frosty luster with subtle splashes of gold toning on each side. It is sharply struck, and exhibits great eye appeal.

Coin Engraver: Adolph A.
