<B>1917-D 10C MS65 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> Peripheral shades of deep amber-gold, lilac, and fuchsia grace each side, with brilliant centers, and refreshingly, even the horizontal fasces bands are sharp on this piece. The San Francisco Mint produced nearly three times the mintage of the Denver issue in this year, and the certified Full Bands populations in MS65 and finer reflect that disparity.
