<B>1917 25C Type Two MS67 NGC.</B></I> Even though it is not certified as a Full Head example, this piece nearly qualifies as such. The three olive leaves in Liberty's hair are flat, but all other head details are fully present. Brilliant silver surfaces are accented by subliminal gold toning over the obverse and reverse surfaces.
