<B>1917 25C Type Two MS67 Full Head NGC.</B></I> Type One 1917 quarters with full heads are plentiful, although cherished as examples of a short-lived design. Full head Type Two 1917 pieces are significantly scarcer, and are rare at the MS67 level. Liberty's head, waist, and shield rivets are fully struck, and only the date and the reverse legend near 12 o'clock has even a hint of weakness.
