<B>1917 25C Type Two MS66 Full Head PCGS.</B></I> Outstanding luster shimmers from the brilliant surfaces of this gorgeous Mint State 66 Full Head Type Two quarter specimen. The piece possesses a somewhat frosty finish, as according to J.H. Cline (2007): "Many coins of this date do ... and are more desirable to those who appreciate this lovely appearance." An excellent strike brings bold definition to the design elements, including not just fullness on Liberty's head, but strong detail on the horizontal and vertical stripes of the inner shield, and on the chain mail and gown lines. A small milling mark on Liberty's upper right (left facing) thigh, is the only mark evident under close scrutiny with a glass.
