1917 25C Type One MS65 Full Head PCGS. Shimmering luster blankets the untoned surfaces of this highly attractive Gem quarter. The Type One variety was produced for only part of 1917, before minor design changes introduced the higher mintage Type Two. Well struck, with full definition on all of the shield rivets and on Liberty's head. Surface marks are minimal.
From The Madison Collection.

Coin Engraver: Hermon A.
