<B>1916-S 10C MS67 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> This issue is characterized by strike weakness in the central parts of both sides. It is refreshing, therefore, when we are greeted with a sharply struck example such as the one offered here. In addition to fully split bands, Mercury's feather and hair detail are well defined. The only area of softness is on the upper half of the lower diagonal band, which is typical for the date. The only toning visible on the radiantly lustrous surfaces occurs along the reverse borders, and is a light milky-tan. Both sides are impeccably preserved.
