<B>1916 G$1 McKinley MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Emily Mullins, a <I>Coin World</B></I> staff writer, wrote in the April 17, 2006 issue that while the McKinley Memorial gold dollars "are forgettable among early United States commemorative coins, ... proceeds from the coins did help in the creation of the William McKinley Birthplace Memorial, which has since become a popular tourist attraction in honor of the late president."
