<B>1916-D:</B></I> The first modern carving (Average) in the set, this one by the late John Dorusa of Pennsylvania. The style is typical Dorusa, with the arc cuts for the hair, etc. The long-tailed cap is textured with a ball at the end, possibly Dorusa's rendition of ol' St. Nick. John signed the carving JD on the collar.
