Boston Red Sox baseball program for a 20 May 1916 game with Babe Ruth pitching against the St. Louis Browns at Fenway Park. Ruth was the winning pitcher, as the Red Sox beat the Browns 3 to 1 and went on to win the World Series that year. Ruth won 23 games in 1916 and had a league leading 1.75 ERA and nine shutouts. 7'' x 11'' 4-page card style program is neatly scored in pencil inside. Light toning and folds, else very good condition.
