<B>1916 5C MS67 NGC.</B></I> Bright frosty luster, typical for the 1916-P, is apparent on this Superb Gem. Delicate pastel rainbow color bathes each side, and the design elements are quite well brought up. The peripheral elements are especially sharp, as is the horn.
