<B>1916<25C>--Cleaned--ANACS. VG8 Details.</B></I> This was the first year of the Standing Liberty quarter, as well as the first year of the Mercury dime and the Walking Liberty half dollar. The presently offered coin is a pleasing example for the grade, and exhibits minimal damage from an old cleaning. Neither side reveals any distracting abrasions, and the remaining design details are extensive. An affordable key date specimen.
