1916 10C MS66 PCGS. The "25-year rule" laid out in 1890 largely ensured the survival of the Barber design until 1916, though Mint officials wasted little time in scrapping it once change no longer required Congressional approval. This final-year piece has vibrant luster and dappled orange and amber toning over the obverse. The reverse shows elements of magenta and cerulean as well. Population: 36 in 66, 5 finer (8/07).

Coin Engraver: Charles E.
