1915-S $5 MS63 PCGS. Ex: Bass-Cherny. This lovely Mint State example is from the Harry W. Bass, Jr. Collection. Harry Bass primarily collected 18th and 19th century gold coins, thus an Indian Head coin with a Bass pedigree is quite unusual. This piece was part of a group lot of Indian half eagles offered in the October 1999 sale. Both sides have frosty orange-gold luster with frosty surfaces and sharp design details. An important opportunity as this date is seldom available in any Mint State grade. Population: 22 in 63, 9 finer (10/06).
From The Dr. Eugene Cherny Collection of $5 and $10 Indians.

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)

Importan
