1915-S $2 1/2 Panama-Pacific Quarter Eagle MS64 PCGS. The Panama-Pacific quarter eagle was the work of two our nation's most famous coin designers: Charles Barber and George Morgan. The combined effort of these two gifted artists resulted in one of the most attractive U.S. coins of that era, and was a major departure from the mainstream in terms of allegorical design content.
