1915-S $10 MS63 PCGS. Rich green-gold is accented by hints of honey luster on both sides of this beauty. The surfaces are frosty and essentially free of marks, other than the usual tiny blemishes that build up over time. Just 59,000 of these were struck, one of the important key-date issues in the entire Indian eagle series, and usually found in circulated grades. Gems are extremely rare, and even at the MS63 level, PCGS has only certified 56 similar or finer coins. In all grades, Mint State and circulated, we would be surprised to learn of more than 150 coins. Population: 30 in 63, 26 finer (8/07).

Coin Engraver: Augustus Saint-Gaudens

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
