<B>1915-P:</B></I> Although the subject of this carving looks like a modern artist's rendering, the cataloger feels that this is an original piece by an unknown carver. Your guess is as good as mine as to what the image is on the obverse of this Extra Fine host coin (it appears to be a horse's head with the original Indian's feathers at the back and the pigtail below). Sharp, deep cuts have formed the eye, nose and mouth of this "thing," and the field over and under the subject has been roughly dressed.
