<B>1915 1C PR67 Brown NGC.</B></I> The surfaces of this matte proof are virtually flawless. Few proofs of this date have achieved the PR67 in any color designation. The surfaces are brown, as indicated, but there is also a strong presence of sky-blue on each side. For a brown coin, there is a remarkable glossy luster that glows beneath the colors.
