<B>1914 St. Louis Baseball Schedules Sign.</B></I> Magnificent rarity announces the schedules of the city's National, American and Federal League clubs for the 1914 season, managed respectively by Hall of Famers Branch Rickey, Miller Huggins and Mordecai "Three Finger" Brown. Each of these legends appears in a photographic vignette at top center, with fellow Hall of Fame rivals Christy Mathewson, Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson and Honus Wagner appearing as half man/half cartoon in each corner. The visual result is quite stunning, and marvelously evocative of the Dead Ball Era's greatest days. The compelling piece, issued by local newspaper the "Globe-Democrat," measures approximately 13x21", and is matted and framed to final dimensions of 18x26". Some creasing at top left and mild staining throughout do little to distract the eye.
