1914 50C PR67 Cameo PCGS. The 1914 boasts the lowe
1914 50C PR67 Cameo PCGS. The 1914 boasts the lowest mintage of all Barber Half Dollar proofs, with just 380 pieces struck, and is generally only found with very limited or no contrast. This sterling representative has an unusual degree of field to motif contrast, with fields that offer glassy brilliance and show illimitable depth of mirrored reflectivity. Whispers of faint champagne patina visit localized areas of each side, as do hints of speckled milky color. The surfaces are immaculately well preserved, showing no mentionable contact marks or spotting, and exhibit razor-sharp design elements. The rarity of this issue is conveyed by the PCGS population report below. Population: 1 in 67, 0 finer (1/05).
From the Bruce Scher #1 All-Time PCGS Registry Set. Lot:4130
