<B>1914 $20 MS65 PCGS.</B></I> This lustrous example displays lovely yellow-orange color with a handful of ruby copper spots in the peripheral areas. The strike is solid, consistent with many examples for this year and a marked improvement from the often-weak definition of Philadelphia pieces from the previous year. While the San Francisco and Denver issues of this year had sizable mintages, the Philadelphia had a mintage of just 95,250 pieces. Though the overall survival rate was high and the certified population makes up a small but significant percentage of the production, most survivors are no finer than Choice.
