<B>1914 $20 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> A large hoard contained many of the surviving examples of the 1914 double eagle (Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth, 2006). This Select specimen displays honey-gold color and glowing luster. A well executed strike brings out sharp definition on the design elements, including Liberty's fingers and toes, the Capitol building, and the eagle's feathers.
