<B>1914 $2 1/2 MS63 NGC.</B></I> The 1914 quarter eagle is challenging in the Select Uncirculated level of preservation. The example in this lot possesses good luster and tan-gold patination with yellow-gold accents. The strike is sharp, resulting in strong definition on most of the feathers in the bonnet, as well as those on the eagle.
