Quarter Dollars 1913-s Mint State 63. <b>Virtually a full strike, with only the eagle's claw clutching the bundle of arrow lacking full definition. Lovely surfaces are virtually free of contact marks and possess only a few scattered hairlines on the obverse, which are almost undetectable and certainly not a deterrent to the exceptional eye appeal of this elusive issue. Both sides show evidence of clashed dies. A scant 40,000 "13-S" Barber quarters were struck, making it the lowest mintage issue of the series and one of the most sought after. Rarity-wise, it is nearly as difficult to obtain as the highly regarded 1901-S at this grade level and equally as important, yet is valued much less.
