<B>1913-S 5C Type One MS67 PCGS.</B></I> Lange (2006) asserts that for the 1913-S Type One, "the better struck pieces are usually characterized by ... subdued luster." This example has grand luster and excellent detail, a wonderful exception. The shining and carefully preserved surfaces have a delicate layer of champagne patina.
