<B>1913-S $20 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> A low mintage and lax quality standards at the San Francisco Mint in 1913 ensure that examples of this issue in high Mint State grades are few and far between. This piece shows a couple of small alloy spots intermixed among the golden-gray patination, and the strike--again typical for the issue--is fairly blunt on both Liberty's face and on the Capitol building.
