<B>1913-S $20 MS62 PCGS.</B></I> According to Garrett and Guth (2006): "Quality control slipped a bit for this San Francisco issue, with many coins showing copper spots from improperly mixed alloys. The strikes also tend to be a challenge." This Mint State specimen does not display any of the aforementioned alloy spots, and, except for Liberty's torch hand, the striking details seem uniformly bold throughout.
